physician assistant in solo rural clinic.

I have found this app to be a very handy aid while working in a rural clinic. In a practice where any one and any disease can walk through the doors at any given time. Ambulance and hospital and other providers are 40 minutes away. I must be a jack of all trades. Emergency Medicine differential Dx. has come to my rescue on numerous occasion.
